LEAPING LIZZY

Every Tuesday there is the beautiful Bailonga! We have live music every night and play mostly alternative music. It is always a blast and the community is welcoming. ~~~Musicians who often play are: Los Bandidos del Tango (a local band made up of some pretty hot people), Rebecca Oswald (a pianist and composer who is quite hot herself) and Noah (who has mad skills on the harp).~~~There is a rotational pratica from 8:00-8:30 where we focus on a different subject each week.

I TEACH AND PERFORM!
I am a strong believer that our bodies are one of our greatest treasures and that they most be treated healthfully. I am currently studying to go into Preforming Arts Medicine with a focus in dance at the University. I use a somatic approach to teaching where I always include technique, body functionality, mind-body connection and fun with a little bit of a flare. I know tango can be fun, creative, passionate, exploitive and so much more and I am fully dedicated to helping my students reach their full potential in the dance.
